Ok, we're going to level with you. Technically, this isn't real estate in the traditional way. However, if we might insert our two cents, we have to say that there is simply no experience that compares to an overnight on a boat.

Is it somewhere that we would want to live for a long period of time? Well, it would take some downsizing and adapting. However, we might make the argument that a boat house is the perfect getaway as a replacement for a hotel.

Upon stepping inside, the vessel is more of a floating home as we're welcomed by a living room and full kitchen. Windows everywhere allow for views from just about any angle. 

This isn't just any boat that we're looking at, either! Instead, this houseboat has been completely renovated, modernized, and organized for all our relaxation needs!

Tucked among the yachts at Sunset Bay Marina, the vessel is welcoming from the first moment as we see the wood paneling and windows in abundance.

The master bedroom is expansive but also cozy. Again, endless windows allow for views from bed if you want it and the window treatments when you don't.

Outside, plenty of seating allows for rest and relaxation and a high top table will allow guests to look out at the marina as they eat.

All of the wornderful beaches of Martin County are just 6 miles from the Airbnb. Just 5 minutes away, we find Historic Downtown Stuart with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Don't want to walk? The marina also features its own restaurant and bar.
