Incredibly Viral Black Beach Home is From an Unexpected Locale

When it comes to a beach home, we think that most folks probably picture something similar.

The norm would take our minds to light, sandy colors, perhaps with a dash of blue and green to bring out that "beachy" vibe.

One particular beachfront home in Galveston, TX, drew lots of attention because it didn't quite fit that light and sandy mold, at least not on the outside.

In fact, this homeowner went in the exact opposite direction, electing to paint the home black and I've got to say, I'm certainly not alone when I say that I can't help but love it.

Let's Trek Inside

Once we do make our way inside, I have to say that things do bring on a beach-like atmosphere

This is accomplished through lots of natural tones and open spaces that really make us feel at ease.

These stools made of driftwood certainly add unique flair to the space that feels so well appointed.

Perhaps one of the best parts about the home is that it has views for days! The abundance of windows is truly breathtaking.

Walking into the chef's kitchen shows off plenty of space for food prep or sitting down at the expansive island to enjoy a meal.

It also incorporates stainless steel appliances, multiple wine refrigerators, two walk-in pantries, secondary buffet & service bar w/additional sink & disposal, warming drawer & porcelain countertops.

In the main level primary suite, again, there are views that one could really get used to. The access to a deck right from the bedroom is something that I'm not sure I'd ever get tired of!

It also features a bath with double sinks, a custom vanity/dressing room, large standalone tub, and walk-in shower.

This is really a space that we could see being perfect to take a few moments to unwind.

Last, but Certainly Not Least

The true cherry on the sundae is all of the outdoor space that the home provides for enjoying the beach.

There's just something about this deck area that reaches out with open arms and wants you to spend all day (and maybe all night too) hanging out and enjoying the company of friends and family.
