As the leaders in dream home shopping, we here at Ridiculous Real Estate see some incredible residences pass through our page.
This particular South Carolina estate listed by Olga Page with Maison Real Estate, though, feels like nothing short of an absolute dream.
Here are our favorite features:
The Gorgeous Landscape
With 13 acres bordered by woods on each side and Bohicket Creek in the rear, it's really hard to find a better place to live. Those who value their privacy should quickly fall in love with the amazing plot.
On the incredible piece of land, we find a modern farmhouse built in 2019 that is welcoming us inside.
Per the listing, the home spans 550 foot frontage along "the most scenic section of Bohicket Road" with a canopy of historic live oak trees. We must say that old trees are one of the most underrated ways to make a property come to life.

A Private Boardwalk
For those among us who are into life on the water, a private boardwalk will really tickle your fancy.
At the end, we find a 20x20 covered pier and a 10x30 floating dock, perfect to maximize the waterfront plot.
That Kitchen, Though!
When we step into the kitchen, the jaw-drop factor is real. The first thing that we couldn't help but notice were the 21-foot peaked ceilings.
Of course, we also find custom cabinets and a range hood. The navy blue La Cornue range really makes a statement.
We also find a SubZero refrigerator, 11-foot custom island, dishwasher, and seating for six to turn the cooking space into an entertaining space.
Last but not least, we can't forget the butler's pantry featuring its own Wolf wall oven and microwave, full-size dual-zone Thermador wine cooler, two refrigerated beverage drawers, and a Fisher & Paykel drawer dishwasher.
Inside the Home
The Bohicket Creek home has a lot of awesome features to choose from. Perhaps one might find themselves in awe of the 12-foot ceilings on the first floor
or perhaps the 10-foot door and window combination, complete with a mahogany spread on the main floor.
Attention to detail is found throughout as the main level features walnut and natural stone floors. The upper level features oak.
The listing agent also points out the home's high end cabinet hardware and light fixtures to really complete the look.
Another feature that really caught our attention was the Sonos sound system. This system includes speakers in the kitchen, great room, formal dining room, and rear porch for a seamless music experience.
Outdoor Entertaining
Of course, we love the dock. On the days that one doesn't want to boat, though, they'll also find a large back proch with Ipe floors.
A spacious custom fire pit is an area that we're sure really gets some mileage when the weather is nice.
We also find a seating area that looks out over Bohicket Creek.
Toy Storage and Extra Living Quarters
Car lovers rejoice, this residence didn't forget about us. Included, we find a detached garage that can store up to 8 cars. I'm already thinking of all the rides that I could fill it with!
The builders wanted to make the most of the space as they also elected to build a 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 1446 square foot suite atop the garage as well.
The area has everything that one would need to live comfortably, including its own washer/dryer and mini split heating and A/C unit. While this area could certainly be used as living quarters, it would also make a wonderful office area or guest house.
Strong Bones to Last a Lifetime
Home and property systems include two-500 gallon propane tanks, a Generac generator capable of running everything in both buildings, extensive irrigation and outdoor lighting, three HVAC units for the home and one for the guest quarters, two Rinnai tankless water heaters servicing the home and one for the garage and guest quarters. High speed internet is also on site.
