When Your Living Room Has Parking, it Might Just be a Gear Head Home!

For the mechanically inclined among us, I think I speak for many when I say that we can really be a simple breed when it comes to our homes. As long as it has the space to spread out and work on our toys along with providing a functional living space, we will be happy.

For one Washington barndominium, it has all that function packed into one home and then some. This place is truly ready to fit the needs of those who love toys.

The main floor provides an open layout with wodd-clad high ceilings. Perhaps one of the noteworthy features is that the home provides a large garage door as well that could let you roll your showpiece of a hot rod right into the living room for safe keeping!

When the home was listed, its "endless potential" was cited and we tend to agree with that. The open space could really be anything that the mind could imagine. Sure, it could most certainly be used as a home and a great one at that. We could also seeing it be some sort of retreat or even an equestrian center.

One of the first things that catches our attention after the awesome car storage is the remodeled kitchen.

Some of the features that make the space pop include live edge counters and tons of counter space to spread out and make a great meal.

The agent tells us that the "main floor features a great room concept w/ vaulted ceilings, 2 bedrooms, full bath/utility room, separate .5 bath connected to former in-home salon area(perfect for wedding/event prep)"

The upper floor provides a separate unit with its own primary bedroom and attached bath.

It even has a kitchenette as well! If someone wanted to live upstairs alone, they'd never have to leave!

The 20+ acre plot in Washington is even complete with its own private pond that includes a small island and dock.
