Dan Bilzerian Leaves Rented Mansion in Face of HOA Lawsuit, Now it's For Sale

10979 Chalon Road in Los Angeles was listed Saturday for an astonishing $67,500,000.

As if the price tag wasn't enough to turn a couple of heads, the home's association with internet playboy, Dan Bilzerian, should create more than just a couple of headlines.

It's definitely no secret that Dan Bilzerian is, well, eccentric.

The countless posts to Instagram featuring half-naked women, guns, and toys of all sorts spell out that picture rather clearly. It's certainly a dream life for many... unless you're trying to settle down to some peace and quiet.
From what we've read about the poker star turned influencer, living near him wasn't exactly pleasant.

It's no secret that a neighborhood fetching these prices would come with a rather sedated clientele. Anyone even vaguely familiar with Bilzerian knows he doesn't fit that mold.

Bilzerian and company allegedly made the most of the $200,000 per month rent that accompanied the home. All of those Instagram pics of partying didn't spawn out of thin air, after all.

Sources say the Homeowners Association was so sick and tired of the "commotion and pyrotechnics" accompanying Bilzerian's partying that they were considering legal action following a laundry list of complaints.

Forbes also reported, "According to Ignite’s (Bilzerian's company) annual report and a lawsuit filed by a former Ignite executive, the company was a couple months behind on rent, and an even bigger option payment was coming due."

However, they also cited the idea that the home's owner and Ignite settled up on the deal. Bolin was said to have given the tenants a break, though, due to COVID.

Since the home has been vacated, it now can become someone else's monster mansion.

For those looking to spend the $67 million, the home comes with quite a couple of features.

The listing starts off by describing it as "A triumphant modern estate with explosive city views wrapping the LA skyline and Bel Air Country Club golf course."

The home spans approximately 30,000 sqft with around 40,000 sqft in decks and yard. In other words, this home is an entertainer's dream. That's probably what attracted Bilzerian in the first place.

Inside, the home doesn't leave much to be desired. Instead, the occupant will have everything that they've ever dreamt of. Included, we find...

A theater with seating for over 40 guests with game room and bar

Two-lane bowling alley

Wine cellar

Professional salon

Sports court with a world-class gym

5,600 sqft master suite with theater and spa

A putting green

70 ft infinity pool and spa featuring cascading waterfalls and hotel size cabana

Two 50 ft. fire features

Motor court for 60 cars + 14-car air conditioned garage

Of course, all of the bones have been considered as well. To navigate the home, there is a Hi-Speed 4000-pound Otis commercial elevator. The home also has a state-of-the-art HVAC system (We don't envy that energy bill!) and a generator should adverse conditions strike.

There's even a guardhouse with its own kitchen and bath!

If you have $67,500,000 to spare, the home can be found here.
